What deposit do you require on booking?
A deposit of £250 is required.

How can I book the barn and pay the deposit?
Ideally, the barn is booked online on our website in order to capture all your contact details and ensure you have had sight of the Terms & Conditions for booking. Please see the Booking Notes & Pricing page for further details.

When is the rental payment due for barn bookings?
The rental balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment methods are the same as those for payment of the deposit.

What time can we arrive from?
The barn is available from 3.30pm.

What time should we depart?
The standard departure is 10.30am but we are often able to accommodate later departures of up to 3pm for a nominal charge.

Is there a BBQ available for use by guests in the barn?
We have a BBQ which can be requested prior to arrival. We recommend you bring some coals but if any have been left by previous guests these will be with the BBQ.

Do you accept pets in the barn?
We do not allow pets in the barn (excl. assistance dogs).

Outside Area
Garden furniture is available for guests use on the front yard. There are also plenty of fields around us with walking available on public footpaths direct from the door. Please ensure you do not trespass on privately owned, adjacent farm land. Parking is available for 5 cars and further parking is available on site.

Catering
If you want to take it easy and reduce the amount of catering you do during your stay, why not hire a local catering company. In addition, many of the main supermarkets Sainsburys, Asda, Tesco, Morrisons and Ocado offer their grocery home delivery services to our area, so instead of transporting your groceries just arrange for a delivery after your arrival time here.

Laundry Facilities
There are no laundry services provided in the barn but Ashbourne has a serviced ironing and laundry room for cleaning, drying and ironing of all laundry, located on Buxton Road, DE6 1EX tel. 01335 345600.

Within the barn we ask that you refrain from placing wet clothing directly on the radiators. Clothes airers are provided and an iron/ironing board which can all be found in the store room off the lounge.
