Pricing:
Prices are for sole occupancy of the whole barn for up to 14 guests

An additional person (typically a child) can be accommodated on a sprung slatted camp bed for an additional charge of £25 per night.

Prices are fully inclusive of bed linen, towels and services

We try to offer flexible breaks to accommodate stays of differing durations and do consider requests to rent less than the 6 bedrooms (depending on time of year) so please do contact us to discuss your particular requirements.

Deposits and Rental payments:
Booking Deposit: £250 is required within 7 days of reserving the barn (refundable as per the terms and conditions)

Damage Deposit: £250 is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival (refunded within 10 days of departure by bank transfer or cheque assuming that there is no damage or loss to the property or contents).

Rental Balance: The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival

Booking Notes
The barn is available from 3.30pm. We can sometimes accommodate earlier arrivals but it does depend on the dates of your stay so please check in advance of your arrival at the barn.

Our standard departure is 10.30am but we are often able to offer a later departure of up to 3pm for a nominal £85 charge. It is not possible to book this through the website. All enquiries should be made direct with us so we can check availability. Booking and payment for a late stay should be made no later than 7 days prior to arrival.

We have a log burner installed in the lounge area which has a fixed fire guard around it for the safety of all our guests. STRICTLY only logs purchased from us can be used in the burner since we know the origin of the logs. This is to prevent against damage to the burner and flue and for guests own safety. Logs baskets contain approx. 10 logs and can be purchased in advance of arrival at £8.50 per basket. Kindling, paper and matches will be provided.
